If you look for metro pillars 51 and 52 in Laxmi Nagar, you’ll find Roman Networks right across from them. We are on the second floor of Plot 80 in the Vijay Block area. It’s a very busy part of Delhi, and the noise from Vikas Marg never really stops. Our office is pretty much what you’d expect for a networking company—lots of cables, routers, and people staring at screens. It’s a private limited company, but it feels more like a small family business because we’ve all been working together for so long. The office can be a bit chaotic when a big project is happening, with boxes stacked in the hallway and everyone talking at once. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some tea bags in the corner. Getting here is easy because of the metro, which is why we picked this spot. Sometimes the traffic on Vikas Marg makes it hard for our field guys to get back on time, but that’s just life in this part of town. We handle the technical side of things and don't really worry about having a polished image. If the internet is working and the servers are up, we’re happy. The building is shared with a few other businesses, so we see the same faces in the stairwell every day. It’s a practical place for doing practical work.
