We are based over at A 25 in Preet Vihar, which is a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area. Our work is all about networks, which means we spend a lot of time looking at routers, switches, and miles of blue ethernet cables. The office is usually a bit of a mess with coils of wire and various testing tools lying around. It isn't a place where customers come to hang out, it's more where we prep for jobs or fix equipment that’s been acting up. We have a few desks and a lot of shelf space for all the hardware we have to keep in stock. Some days we are out on site most of the time, and other days we are just here at Preet Vihar catching up on emails and planning out the next installation. It can be a bit frustrating when a network just won't behave, but we’ve been doing this long enough that we usually figure it out eventually. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but it’s better than sweating in the Delhi heat. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. It’s just us doing the technical work that needs doing so people can stay connected to the internet. We keep it practical and try to make sure everything we set up actually stays working.
