Spice N Ice

Spice N Ice is located at Shop No 10 in the Parmesh Tower, which is in Karkardooma. We are really close to the Community Centre, so there is usually a lot of activity nearby, especially on the weekends. We have a bit of a mix here, doing some snacks and then the cold stuff to go with it. It’s a small space, so we have to be very organized with where we put the crates and the supplies. The counter is usually crowded with things we need for the day. We get a lot of people coming in after they’ve been to the community center for an event or a meeting. It’s not a fancy restaurant, just a place to grab something quick. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the chairs are a bit old, but it’s comfortable enough for a quick stop. We’ve been in this tower for a while and we know the other shop owners around us. It’s a nice little community. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the fridge stays at the right temperature so nothing spoils. It can get a bit hot in the kitchen area, but we have a fan that helps a bit. We don't have a big menu, just the things we know we can make well. It’s just a local shop trying to provide something decent for the neighborhood folks every day.
