Our office is in Nirmal Sadan, which is House Number A-143 in New Ashok Nagar. This part of Delhi is always crowded, and the lanes can be a bit tight, but it’s got a lot of energy. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a typical Delhi setup where space is tight, so we’ve had to be smart about how we store our ceramic samples and files. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long—rickshaws, vendors, and people heading to the Metro station. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s home to our daily operations. We spend most of our time coordinating deliveries and talking to customers on the phone. The office itself is modest. We have a few fans going to keep the air moving, and the walls are lined with different tile designs we’ve collected over the years. It feels like a real part of the local community here in Ashok Nagar. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often grab tea from the stall at the corner. Working in Delhi means you have to be fast and adapt to whatever happens, and we do our best to keep things running smoothly from this little corner of the city. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists, but we’re used to the hustle. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just what we need to get the job done right.
