This branch is located at B-254 in New Ashok Nagar, managed by Shivakant Pandey. It’s another one of our spots in this busy part of East Delhi. The building is tucked away in the B-block, and like most places around here, it’s a mix of work and living spaces. We don't have a lot of room for fluff, so every inch of the office is used for something—whether it’s storing ceramic samples or keeping the ledgers in order. The stairs are narrow, and it can get pretty hot in the summer months, but we just get on with it. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good while, and we’ve seen it get more and more crowded every year. People around here work hard, and we try to do the same. Most of our day is spent dealing with the logistics of getting ceramics from the warehouse to the local sites. It’s not a flashy job, but it’s necessary for the projects in the area. We have a small desk where we handle all the billing and a couple of chairs for when someone drops by to discuss an order. The atmosphere is very informal. We talk about the local news while we work and try to stay on top of everything. It’s just a basic, functional workspace in a very busy part of the capital. We appreciate being close to the action and having a steady flow of work.
