Shree Mahavir Physiotherapy Clinic

This clinic is located in the basement of Plot No. A-62 in Nirman Vihar. Being in a basement means it’s a bit tucked away, but we’ve got enough space to do what we need to do. It’s a physiotherapy clinic, so you’ll see people here doing exercises, using some of the machines, or working with a therapist on their movement. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms and an open area for the equipment. We don’t have much in the way of fancy office furniture. We focus more on having the right mats and tables for the patients. Nirman Vihar is a busy residential area, so we mostly see people from the surrounding blocks. They walk over or park their bikes outside on the street. It can get a little cramped when there are three or four people working out at once, but we manage the schedule. The air inside is usually kept cool because people are moving around and getting their heart rates up. We’ve been at this A-62 location for some time now. People know us as the local spot for fixing their aches and pains. It’s an honest, practical workspace. We spend our days helping people get back on their feet or move their arms better after an injury. It’s not glamorous, but it’s important work for the neighborhood. Sometimes the basement gets a bit of street noise from above, but mostly it’s just the sound of people working hard and trying to get better.
