Aditi Relief Physiotherapy Clinic

We've been here at Mayur Vihar Phase 2 for a while now, tucked away in 99-A Pocket-A. It’s a small place, mostly just a few rooms where people come when their backs hurt or they've had some kind of injury that won't go away. Most of our days are spent helping folks move a bit better. Sometimes it’s an old lady from the neighborhood with a stiff knee, other times it’s someone who sat at a desk too long and can’t turn their neck anymore. We don't have fancy leather couches or a big reception desk. It’s pretty basic inside. You walk in, tell us what’s hurting, and we see what we can do with some exercises or machines. The traffic around Phase 2 can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually tell people to try and get here a bit early if they can. We try to keep things quiet so patients can actually relax while they’re getting treated. It isn't a huge hospital, just a local clinic where we know most of the people who walk through the door by name. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It feels more like a community spot than anything else. The floor is that old-fashioned tile and we have some plants by the door that we try to keep alive. We just do the work, clean up, and head home like everyone else in the area. Nothing too complicated about it.
