R.N. Physiotherapy Clinic

If you are around Laxmi Nagar in Delhi, you probably know where the Arya Samaj Mandir is. Our clinic, R.N. Physiotherapy, is right near there in the 4J Extension. Delhi is a crowded place, and Laxmi Nagar is no different, so things can get a bit loud and busy outside our doors. We see a lot of people coming in with back pain or stiff necks from sitting at desks or just getting older. It is a small space but we make it work for the exercises and treatments. Most days are full of the sounds of people trying to get their movement back. We have been at this 110092 address for a bit, so we are part of the daily rhythm of the street. It is not a shiny, high-end medical center with glass walls. It is just a practical clinic where the focus is on the physical work of therapy. People stop by after work or in the middle of their errands. The neighborhood around the Mandir is always full of life, which makes the walk to the clinic interesting. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or a big reception. It is just us and the patients working on getting them to feel a bit better. Sometimes it is slow, sometimes we are rushed, but that is just how it goes in a place like this. We are just glad to be here doing this work in Laxmi Nagar. The stairs can be a bit steep if you are not used to them, but most people manage just fine.
