You can find Om Physiotherapy Clinic at Plot No 4/30 in the E Block of Krishna Nagar. It’s a straightforward residential area, so we are right in the middle of where people live. The clinic is set up for one thing: helping people get moving again. We have some basic machines, weights, and those big exercise balls scattered around. It’s not a huge place, but it has enough room for us to walk patients through their exercises. Krishna Nagar is a familiar spot for us, and we see a lot of people from the nearby blocks. Most of our day is spent helping folks recover from injuries or dealing with old aches and pains that won't go away. We don't use any fancy marketing talk here. We just show people how to do their stretches and work on their physical therapy goals. Sometimes the clinic is quiet with just one person working out, and other times we have a few people all doing their routines at once. It gets a bit warm in here when everyone is moving, but we keep the fans going. The E Block is easy to navigate once you get into Krishna Nagar. We’ve been here for a while, just doing the same work every day. It’s a simple, honest setup where we focus on the physical work that needs to be done. No fluff, just therapy and exercises.
