Sapience Engineers Private Limited is tucked away at WA-198 in Shakarpur. If you know the area, you know it’s a maze of narrow streets and lots of activity. We’ve been in this office for a few years now. It’s a bit cramped with all the drawings and folders we have stacked up, but it works for us. We do a lot of planning and technical work here. Most of our days are spent checking measurements or talking to contractors on the phone. We’re a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no such thing as "not my job" around here. If the printer jams, one of us fixes it. If a client calls with a problem at a site, one of us heads out there. We didn't start this company to get rich quick. We just liked the work and wanted to do it on our terms. It’s a lot of responsibility, and some nights we're here much later than we'd like to be. Shakarpur is a busy place to work, but there’s always good food nearby for lunch. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just walk in and we’re right there working. It’s a simple setup, but we get things done and our clients seem to appreciate that we’re straightforward with them. We try to keep things moving even when the paperwork piles up high.
