Descon Engg Qatar

Our office is in Shakarpur, specifically over in the S-236 School Block. If you know New Delhi-92, you know how crowded it gets around here. It’s a lively spot with a lot of energy, but the office itself is quite focused. We have Qatar in our name because of the type of work we handle, mostly dealing with requirements and engineering stuff related to that region, but we are physically right here in Delhi. The space is practical. We’ve got rows of desks and plenty of filing cabinets. It’s not one of those modern open-plan offices you see in magazines. It’s more of a traditional setup where everyone has their own spot and gets on with their tasks. The street outside is always full of people and students, so there’s always noise coming in through the windows. We don’t mind it much. It feels like being part of the city. We usually start the day by catching up on emails and checking the latest project updates. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the heat gets to be a bit much, but we have some good fans and a steady supply of water. We don’t really have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we’ve done before to keep things moving. Most of us have been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Shakarpur. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us.
