Sanjeev Architect

Our shop is located at Shop Number 1 on Sadbhawna Marg in Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Extension. We are right opposite Fraser Suites, so it’s easy to find the building. It’s a nice area of Delhi with a lot of greenery around. Sanjeev Architect is a small practice. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be quite organized with our drawing boards and computers. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The street outside can get busy during the morning and evening hours when people are going to work or coming home. We often have people just dropping in to ask a quick question while they are walking past. We don't have a fancy corporate structure. It’s mostly just Sanjeev and a couple of assistants working through the designs. We spend our time creating layouts and making sure they follow the local building codes. It’s a lot of technical work that requires a lot of focus. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes the desk gets covered in eraser shavings and pencil marks. It feels like a real workshop. We don't do any flashy marketing. Most of our clients are people from the nearby apartments or word-of-mouth recommendations. We just try to provide a clear plan that people can actually build. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the Mayur Vihar community. The traffic on Sadbhawna Marg is okay but parking is always a bit tricky.
