Our center is over in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. Specifically, we are at 101/1. If you are coming by the metro, it is very easy to find us because we are right opposite Metro Pillar Number 12. Also, the SBI Bank is right next door, so that's another good way to know you’re in the right place. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a good while. The area stays busy, especially with people going to and from the station. Inside, we have set up different areas for physiotherapy and rehab. It’s a practical space. We have mats, some weights, and the usual gear you’d expect to see. It’s not a gym, but it definitely keeps people moving. We see a lot of residents from the nearby apartments who might have a stiff back or a knee issue. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the waiting area, but we try to keep things moving. The light in the rooms is okay, though we rely on the overhead tubes mostly. It’s a work-focused environment. We aren't trying to be a spa. People come here to do the hard work of getting better. You will hear the sound of the metro passing by every few minutes, but you get used to it pretty quickly. It’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We open early most days because that’s when people want to come before heading to their offices.
