Our clinic is tucked away at 18 East Guru Angad Nagar. If you know where the V3s Mall is, we’re pretty close to that, right behind the Mahanagar Telephone Exchange. It can be a bit tricky to find the first time if you aren't familiar with Guru Angad Nagar, but once you see the exchange building, you’re almost there. We focus on orthopedics and physiotherapy here at Br Orthopedics & Physiotherapy Clinic. It’s mostly just people coming in with back pain or maybe a bum knee from sports or just getting older. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for the tables and the equipment we use for the exercises. We keep things pretty low-key. No loud music or fancy receptionists. Just a place to get your joints looked at. Sometimes the sessions run a bit long if someone needs extra help with their movements. We try to stay on schedule, though it doesn't always happen exactly on the minute. The neighborhood is fairly busy, but our street is a bit quieter. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s practical work. We see a lot of people who just want to walk better or get back to their normal routine without so much clicking and popping in their bones. We’re usually here throughout the day, just doing what we do. It’s a straightforward setup for anyone needing some physical therapy or bone help.
