Ridhi Sidhi Engineers

Laxmi Nagar is always a bit crowded, especially the area around the Laxmideep Building. We are up here in room 827 on Plot No-9. Being in the LNDC area means there is always something going on outside, with people moving around and cars honking all day long. Ridhi Sidhi Engineers is basically a group of us who know our way around technical drawings and site plans. It is not a quiet library type of office. Usually, there is someone on the phone talking to a contractor or someone else trying to find a missing tape measure under a pile of blueprints. We have been in this building for a while now, and the elevator still makes that weird noise every time it stops, but it gets us to the eighth floor eventually. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We get in, check what needs to be drafted or calculated, and get to work. We do not have a big reception desk or anything like that because most people just walk in and find us at our tables. Engineering work can be a bit dry sometimes, but we try to keep things relaxed in the office. There is usually a box of biscuits somewhere and a lot of talk about how bad the local traffic has become lately. We just try to get the numbers right and keep the projects moving along without any big delays. It is practical work for practical people, and we do not feel the need to make it sound more complicated than it is.
