We are M/S Satnam Engg.& Fab.Pvt.Ltd., located at Flat No-403 on the first floor of Gagan Vihar in Delhi. This is where we handle the administrative side of our engineering and fabrication business. It’s a bit different from being on the shop floor, as it’s mostly just us at our desks dealing with drawings, orders, and the endless stream of bills that come with running a business. Gagan Vihar is a decent area, and being on the first floor makes it easy for folks to find us without having to climb too many stairs. The office is pretty lived-in; we have stacks of blueprints on the tables and a few old chairs that have seen better days. We aren't trying to look like a polished corporate firm. We’re just practical people trying to keep our engineering projects on schedule. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big tender, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on marketing or fancy slogans. We just focus on doing the work and letting the results speak for themselves. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at technical specs. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about, but it’s what we know how to do.
