Multi Springs & Engineering (P) Ltd.

Our place is No. 488 in the Patparganj Industrial Estate. It’s a busy estate and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days, especially when the big lorries are blocking the lanes. Multi Springs & Engineering has been here for a while now. As the name suggests, we deal with a lot of springs and other engineering bits. The workshop is full of specialized machines that make a lot of clicking and whirring sounds all day long. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes and the different stations where we do the work. We have a few people who have been with us for a long time and they really know how to handle the equipment. It's not a very quiet environment, and we usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work. The walls are covered in charts and old calendars that nobody bothered to take down. We don't really have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us covered in a bit of grease or holding a clipboard. We try to keep things moving so that orders don't pile up too much, but sometimes we get behind when a machine breaks down or a delivery is late. It’s just the way it is in this kind of business. We’re just regular people doing engineering work in a busy industrial part of Delhi. It's noisy and crowded, but it's where we work.
