Relief Physiotherapy Clinic

This physiotherapy clinic is situated at FF-49 on Mangal Bazar Road in Laxmi Nagar. We are right near the Maharaja Banquet Hall, which is a pretty big landmark in this area. If there is a wedding or a big party going on there, the whole street gets very lively and sometimes a bit blocked up with cars. Our clinic is up on the first floor, so you have to head up the stairs to get to us. Inside, it is mostly open space with mats, tables, and different bits of exercise equipment scattered around. Physiotherapy involves a lot of movement, so you will often see people doing their stretches or working through their exercises with a bit of help. It isn't a quiet place like a library; there is usually some talking going on as we explain how to move or use the equipment. Mangal Bazar Road itself is a very busy market area, so there is always a lot of shouting and honking going on outside. We have gotten used to the background noise over time. Most of our days are spent helping people get their strength back or dealing with old injuries that won't go away. It is practical work that requires some patience. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a local clinic in Laxmi Nagar where people can come to get their bodies moving again. The space is simple and clean, focusing more on the gear and the patients than anything else.
