Janta Street in Gandhi Nagar is always moving. If you come to 6740, you will find R J Traders. This area is famous for its markets, and we are right in the thick of it. There are stacks of goods everywhere you look. Sometimes it feels like the walls are closing in because we have so much stuff to move. It’s a trading business, so it’s all about what comes in and what goes out. The phones ring quite a bit, and there is usually someone arguing about a delivery time or a price outside on the street. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a functional space where work happens. The dust from the street settles on the ledgers every day, so we have to wipe them down every morning. Gandhi Nagar is a tough place to work if you don’t like crowds, but we have gotten used to it. We know the tea seller on the corner and the other traders on Janta Street. Being at 6740 is just part of who we are now. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just trade. We buy things, we store them, and we sell them to the people who need them. It is a basic cycle that has kept us going for years. The days are long and the work is repetitive, but it’s a living that we are proud of.
