Bans Aerosol Pvt. Ltd. operates out of 3/110 in Lalita Park, which is right in the Laxmi Nagar area. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s crowded and narrow, but we’ve made our home here for a while now. The building is older, and we occupy a space that’s filled with cans, valves, and all sorts of parts. It’s not the quietest job in the world, as there’s always something being pressurized or moved around. We start early most days because the heat in the afternoon makes the work a bit slower. There are a few of us who have been here since the start, and we just know how the machines sound when they’re running right. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that; we just focus on the orders that come in and try to get them out the door. Laxmi Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’re just a small part of that daily buzz. Sometimes the power goes out, or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but we just wait it out and keep going. The office part is just a small desk in the corner with a computer that’s seen better days. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do, and it suits us just fine. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor when there are boxes to pack.
