Bittoo Real Estate is based at E 18/19 in Gandhi Nagar. If you know Gandhi Nagar, you know it is one of the busiest and most crowded market areas you can find. The lanes are narrow and full of people carrying bundles of cloth or riding scooters. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a small place, just enough room for a desk and a couple of stools. We’ve been here for a long time, and the walls are a bit scuffed from all the people coming in and out. There’s always the sound of the market outside—shouting, horns, and the general bustle of trade. We don't have any fancy air conditioning or expensive furniture. It’s just a practical spot to do business. Most of the people we talk to are looking for commercial space or a small place to live nearby. We know the landlords in the area because we see them every day at the tea stall or in the street. We don't use any complicated contracts or corporate talk. We just listen to what people need and tell them what we know. Sometimes we have to walk quite a bit to show a property because you can’t always take a vehicle through the smaller lanes. It’s a loud, busy environment, but we’ve grown to like the energy of Gandhi Nagar over the years. It feels like real life. We usually close up when the market starts to wind down in the evening after the last client leaves.
