Our place is located at D-434 in West Vinod Nagar. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes in the office because of all the solar components and boxes we keep in stock, but we make it work. We started out small and stayed that way because it's just easier to keep track of everything ourselves. The neighborhood knows us as the local guys who deal with solar power and electricity issues. We spend most of our time out on project sites or fixing things in our small workshop in the back. It’s dusty work and it can get pretty hot during the summer months when we're up on roofs. We don't have a glossy brochure or a receptionist sitting at a big front desk. Usually, whoever is around and not too busy picks up the phone when it rings. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how solar panels are made since we first opened up shop here. West Vinod Nagar is a busy area with a lot of people moving around, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We try to keep things very simple around here. When someone needs a solar setup, we just look at what they have and tell them what’s actually possible. No fancy sales talk, just plain English about what the hardware does and what it doesn't do. Some days the logistics get really messy, but that's just part of running a small business like this.
