Narayan Textiles

Narayan Textiles is located at 45/3a/1, Street No-17, East Azad Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Delhi. It’s a busy part of town, and we’ve been here for a while now. The shop is mostly just rows of fabric and rolls of cloth piled up on the counters. We spend a lot of our time just moving things around to make space. It gets pretty hot in Delhi, so we have a couple of old fans that we keep running all day long. They make a lot of noise, but they help a bit. Most of our work is just dealing with people who come in looking for specific materials. We don't have a big staff, just me and a few others who help with the cutting and packing. It’s a lot of manual work, and our hands are usually covered in dust by the end of the day. We don't do much in the way of advertising. People just find us because they live nearby or someone told them where we are. The shop isn't anything fancy, just some basic shelves and a lot of stock. Sometimes the shipments arrive late and we have to scramble to get everything sorted out before the next day. We just try to keep things moving. The street outside is always noisy with scooters and cars going by, but we’ve gotten used to that. It’s just a regular local business, nothing more than that.
