Prabhu Precision Pvt. Ltd. is located right near the Laxminagar Metro Station. It’s a loud area because of the trains and all the people coming and going, but we’re used to it. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. We have various machines running most of the time. It smells like oil and metal in here, which is just how a place like this should be. We’ve been in Laxminagar for years. It started small and we’ve added a few things here and there, but it’s still basically the same. My workers have been with me a long time; we’re like a small family. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find me with grease on my hands. We do the work carefully because that's what people expect from us. The metro being so close makes it easy for the guys to get to work on time. Sometimes we stay late to finish a batch of parts if a customer is waiting. We don't talk much about "quality" or "excellence," we just make sure the pieces fit like they're supposed to. There’s always a kettle of tea on the stove in the back. It’s just a straight-up engineering shop doing its thing day in and day out. We have a small yard in the back where we keep some of the scrap metal and old crates. It's nothing fancy, but it works for what we need to do.
