The office is tucked away in Lane-3 of Pandav Nagar, right at E-90A. If you know the Patparganj Road area, you know it gets quite crowded with traffic and people moving about. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. It’s a standard brick building and we share the street with all sorts of small shops and houses. Inside the Mahindra & Mahindra office, things are usually moving fast. There is a lot of coordination happening between the desks. We don't really have the shiny corporate look you see in magazines. It is more about folders, computers, and a lot of talking on the phone. The air conditioner makes a bit of noise but it keeps the Delhi heat out. Our staff comes in from all over, some even from across the river. We usually eat lunch together at our desks or go out to the small stalls nearby for a quick bite. The street outside is always full of life, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. Being at E-90A feels like being in the heart of the neighborhood. It's practical and down-to-earth. We focus on getting through the pile of work each day. There isn't any grand philosophy behind it, just honest work. We like the location because it’s easy for most of us to get to and the neighbors are friendly.
