We are based in Surajmal Vihar, operating under the name Modern Pharmaceuticals. Despite the name, we are a pretty traditional setup. Our space in Surajmal Vihar is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a quiet enough area compared to some other parts of the city, which we actually quite like. The office is filled with files and boxes of medicines that need to be sorted. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans on the walls. We just have a calendar and a clock to make sure we stay on schedule. Most days are spent talking to suppliers or checking the fridge temperatures for certain stocks. It’s a lot of small details that you have to get right. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to run a reliable pharmaceutical business for the people who need us. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do everything by hand, which reminds us of how things used to be. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have become part of the local scenery. It’s a straightforward life. We open the shutters in the morning, do our work, and head home when it’s time. No big fuss, just a regular local business doing what it does best in Surajmal Vihar. We aren't doing anything out of the ordinary, just the basics. It's a decent way to earn a living in this area.
