Jubilant Organosys Ltd.

We operate out of Mangla Apartment at C 3/8, Plot 53 in I.P. Extension, Delhi. It is a bit different because we are located within a residential complex, so it doesn’t feel like a typical office building. We do the administrative work for Jubilant Organosys Ltd. from here. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of paperwork that needs our attention every day. Because it is an apartment, the space is a bit segmented, but we have made it work for our needs. You can often hear the sounds of the neighborhood outside, like cars honking or people going about their business in the complex. The commute to I.P. Extension can be quite a struggle because of the Delhi traffic, so we are always happy once we finally get inside and start our day. We are a small group and we don’t really follow a strict hierarchy. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep ourselves going. There are no fancy logos on the walls or big mission statements hanging up. We just know what we have to do and we get on with it. It feels more like a small family business than a big company. We keep things practical and don’t worry too much about having a polished image. It’s just how we do things in this part of Delhi.
