Pharmacia Enterprises

Pharmacia Enterprises is situated on the first floor of Satyam Plaza, which is in the B & E Block Market of Dilshad Garden, near Sai Chowk. Being on the first floor means we are a bit removed from the main noise of the street, but we still see plenty of people coming up the stairs. Our space is filled with rows of shelves holding all kinds of medicines and healthcare supplies. We spend a lot of our time reading through prescriptions and making sure we pull the right boxes from the stacks. It is a quiet kind of work that requires a lot of focus. We don't have a big flashy storefront on the ground level, so we rely on the people who live in Dilshad Garden knowing where we are. The air inside always has that clean, medicinal smell that you expect in a pharmacy. We keep a desk near the front where we handle the billing and talk to the customers who come in. Sometimes we have to explain how to take a certain medicine or check when new stock is arriving. It is a responsible job, and we take it seriously without making a big fuss about it. Satyam Plaza is a well-known spot, and we have been here long enough to feel like a staple of the market. We just keep our heads down and do the work, helping everyone who walks through the door.
