Maverick Engineers P Ltd operates out of No. 303 in Vardhman Plaza. We are located at Lsc Gazipur Chowk, which is a fairly well-known intersection. If you’ve ever sat in traffic at the chowk, you’ve probably seen our building. Vardhman Plaza is a typical commercial complex with all sorts of different shops and offices on every floor. Being on the third floor, we have a bit of a view of the chaos down on the street. It’s a busy place with people constantly moving up and down the stairs and elevators. Our office is just a regular engineering workspace. We have some computers, some drafting tables, and a whole lot of folders. It isn’t a polished or high-end office suite. We have mismatched chairs and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We spend our days dealing with various engineering problems and talking to clients on the phone. Gazipur Chowk is a very active area, so there is always somewhere to grab a samosa or a cold drink when we need a break. It feels very connected to the rest of the city. We have been in this plaza for quite some time and have gotten to know the other business owners in the building. It’s a friendly enough place, even if it is a bit loud and crowded sometimes. We just focus on getting our engineering work done and heading home at the end of the day.
