Mankind Pharma is situated at 155 Surya Niketan, right across from the Anand Vihar Colony. It’s a good spot because most people know exactly where Anand Vihar is. The area is always busy with traffic and people, which makes the days go by fast. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a functional space with desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time on the phone and dealing with paperwork. Every day there are new orders to process and boxes to pack. It can be a bit repetitive, but we make sure it’s done right. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come in, you’ll just see us working at our desks. We are a small team and we all help out with whatever needs doing. Sometimes that means helping load a truck or spending hours doing an inventory count. We have a tea stall nearby that we visit when we need a quick break. It’s a nice way to step away from the screens for a minute. We’ve been at this Surya Niketan location for a while and we’ve grown used to the noise and the pace of the area. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure our records are accurate. It’s a steady, no-nonsense way to run things.
