Joshi & Associate

We are located on the top floor of A118/1 on Vikas Marg. It’s quite a climb up the stairs, but once you’re here, it’s a bit quieter than the street level in Laxmi Nagar. Joshi & Associate has been operating from this space for a good number of years. It’s a typical Delhi office with shelves full of files and a window that looks out over the busy road. We see the metro passing by all day. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a big staff or any fancy departments. Usually, we're busy with whatever client is currently sitting across from us. The office can get a bit hot in the summer because we're right under the roof, but we have our coolers running. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing things out. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work to catch up on, and other times we close early if things are slow. We don't really follow a corporate handbook. It’s more about getting the job done so we can go home to our families. We appreciate the people who have been coming to us for years. They know we’re just regular folks trying to make a living. It’s a simple setup, but it serves us well and we plan to stay here for the long haul. The neighborhood around Laxmi Nagar is chaotic, but we’ve found our rhythm and it works.
