Hr-Access

Our office, Hr-Access, is tucked away in Anamika Apartments, which is number 33 in the 99 IP Extension area of Patparganj. If you know Delhi, you know how busy this side can get, especially with all the traffic coming off the main roads. It is a residential building mostly, so it feels more like a home than a big glass building. We have been in this spot for a while now. The rooms are filled with files and some old desks that have seen better days. Usually, there are three or four of us sitting around, talking to people on the phone or looking through resumes. The doorbell rings quite a bit with delivery guys or people looking for the right flat number. Since it is in an apartment complex, it is actually quite quiet compared to the main market. We usually bring our own lunch boxes and eat together in the small kitchen area. The light in the afternoon comes through the balcony window and hits the stacks of paper on the floor. It is not a very big space, so things can get a little crowded when we have visitors. We just focus on the work at hand and try to keep things organized. Patparganj has everything nearby, so if we need anything for the office, we just walk down. It is a basic setup, nothing more than what is needed to get the day's tasks finished. We like it here fine.
