Hem-Supra Engineers Private Limited is located over in Shrestha Vihar, at 301 Gupta Arcade. This part of East Delhi is always buzzing, especially around the Vikas Marg Extension. The arcade is a busy spot with all kinds of offices and shops, so there’s always a lot of foot traffic and people trying to find parking. Our office is up on the third floor. It’s a decent-sized space, but we’ve managed to fill it up with all sorts of engineering equipment, stacks of binders, and computer monitors. We aren't big on decorations; we mostly just have some calendars on the walls and maybe a few photos of projects we’ve finished over the years. The commute here can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic on Vikas Marg, so we’re all pretty happy once we finally get inside and get the AC going. We do a lot of technical work, which means the office is usually pretty quiet except for the tapping of keyboards. We have a small table in the back where we eat our lunch and sometimes have meetings that are more like informal chats. We’re a private limited company, but we function more like a small family. Everyone knows their job and we just get on with it without making much of a fuss. It’s a practical environment for people who like to solve problems and get things built properly.
