Gupta Properties

Our office is located in Mayur Vihar Phase Iii, specifically at 85 2 A. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here. Gupta Properties has been operating from this corner of Mayur Vihar for some time now. The space we have isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for clients who want to sit down and talk about property matters. The area can get quite busy during the day, with people coming and going from their homes and shops nearby. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people walking by or local residents who know our name. The office itself is pretty plain. We have maps on the walls and some stacks of paper on the desks. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a corporate headquarters, and we like it that way. It feels more personal and real. We just deal with the daily inquiries and help people with their property questions as best as we can. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we get by. We’ve stayed at this Phase Iii address because it’s where we started and where people expect to find us. It’s just a normal office for normal work. We keep the ledger updated and wait for the next person to walk through the door.
