The flat is packed with files and some supplies we keep on hand. It’s not a corporate office with a lobby or a receptionist. It’s just where we work every day. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors all know us by name. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or brochures. We just do our work and go home at the end of the day.
