Carewell Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away on Church Road in Laxmi Nagar. The address is M-129/3, and we are quite close to Jagat Ram Park, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. Carewell Physiotherapy Clinic is where we spend our days helping people get their strength back. It’s a practical space. We have some mats, some weights, and the machines for the various treatments people need for their joints or muscles. It’s not a gym, but it’s definitely a place where people have to do some work to feel better. The road outside can get quite congested, as Laxmi Nagar usually is, but once you get inside, it’s all about the exercises. We see a lot of people who have hurt themselves at work or just have old pains that won't go away. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything; we just look at how you move and try to fix it. It is honest work. Sometimes the clinic is full of people doing their stretches, and other times it is just one-on-one. We’ve been here long enough that we know the regular faces. It’s a busy life, but it’s good to see someone walk out feeling a bit better than when they walked in. That is basically our day at the clinic. We keep it simple and focus on the patients.
