Bala Sundram Medicines is right in the middle of the chaos at Laxmi Nagar. If you know Delhi, you know how Vijay Chawk gets. It is always loud and there is always something happening outside the door. We have been sitting here for a good amount of time now. The shop is not anything fancy to look at, just shelves full of boxes and the smell of medicine. We deal with a lot of people every day who are just trying to find what they need for their families.
