You can find us on the second floor of A-61 in Anand Vihar Colony. It’s a decent area of New Delhi, mostly residential, so it’s not as chaotic as the center of the city. We work on the TRS side of things for American Express. Since we are on the second floor, we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the balcony door open, though the dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and filing cabinets. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy; you just walk in and someone will look up from their computer to say hello. The 110092 area is pretty quiet during the day when everyone else is off at their own jobs. We spend a lot of time on the phones or typing away. Sometimes the printers act up and we have to spend half the morning fixing them, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a cafeteria, so we usually just order some tea from the shop downstairs or share whatever snacks someone brought from home. It’s a very plain, honest sort of place to work. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the records are kept straight. It’s a good enough spot for what we do without any extra fuss.
