Ambey Trading Co

Kalyanpuri Central Market is a busy spot, and A-71 is right where we have been for years. Ambey Trading Co is a small outfit. We don't have much space, so things are usually stacked up pretty high. The market outside is always full of people, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out to shop. We deal with the logistics of moving goods in and out of this little corner. The walls are lined with wooden racks that have been there since the start. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in at once. We don't have any air conditioning, just a couple of wall fans that keep the air moving a little bit. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and checking the inventory against the handwritten notes we keep. We know most of the people who run the stalls nearby. Sometimes we share a tea and talk about how the market is changing. Our shop doesn't look like much from the outside, just a blue door and some stacks of crates. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It’s just a place where we work and handle the trading for our customers in the area. It gets loud and a bit messy, but that's part of being in the central market. We just show up and do the job.
