Active Health Physiotherapy Clinic

Active Health Physiotherapy Clinic is situated in Jagat Puri. Our address is a bit of a mouthful, Hono=40, Gali No-3 in Anarkali Garden. We are near the Do Sidhi Wala Mandir and also not too far from Karkarduma Court. It’s a bit of a maze back here in Anarkali Garden if you aren't from around here, but once you find the Mandir, you are basically there. Working as a physiotherapist in Delhi 110051 keeps me on my toes. We have some basic equipment and enough space for people to do their exercises. It’s not a high-end gym or a shiny corporate hospital. It’s just a practical space where we get work done. I started this place because I saw a lot of people in the area struggling with aches and pains. The bells from the Mandir are a nice sound to have in the background while I’m working. It makes the day feel a bit more peaceful. Sometimes people coming from the court stop by if they have a stiff neck from sitting all day. We don't have a receptionist or anything, so if the phone rings while I’m with someone, I just have to let it go to voicemail. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how a small local business operates. We just try to help out whoever walks in through Gali No-3.
