We are based in the School Block of Shakarpur, specifically at No. 401 in Laxminagar. It’s an interesting area because there are so many students and small businesses around every corner. Our office is up on the fourth floor, and it’s a fairly quiet place once you get inside. We have a few desks set up and some large cabinets where we keep all the records and samples. The lanes in Shakarpur are quite narrow, so getting large shipments in and out can be a bit of a challenge, but we’ve figured out the best times to do it. We spend most of our hours here checking through orders and making sure the numbers add up. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of corporate polish. Instead, you’ll find stacks of paper, half-empty tea cups, and a team that’s been working together for a long time. We know the local shopkeepers and the guys who deliver the mail by name. It’s a very community-oriented feel in this part of Laxminagar. We don't really do much in the way of promotion; we just rely on doing our job steadily and being here when people need to reach us. The office gets a lot of natural light in the morning, which makes the early start a bit easier for everyone. It's just a regular workplace.
