We work out of a house in Sector 6, Bhilai. Our address is 6 A on Street 79. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main markets. We like it that way because it gives us room to think and manage things without too much noise. We handle education management, which basically means a lot of scheduling and paperwork. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about, but it’s important work. The office is just a couple of rooms with some computers and filing cabinets. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the windows. We’ve been here in Bhilai for quite a while now. Most of the people working here are from around the area. We don’t have a big corporate office or a shiny lobby. It’s just us sitting at our desks making sure everything is running smoothly for the schools and students we work with. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of pens, just like any other place. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep things organized. If you’re walking down Street 79, you might not even realize there’s a business running here. We keep it low-key and just focus on the day-to-day stuff. It’s a practical way to work and it suits us just fine. We just take things one day at a time here.
