Acc Limited

Our workplace is tucked away at Jsq-D-33 over by the Jamul Cement Works. It is a familiar spot for anyone living around Durg in Chhattisgarh. At Acc Limited, we don't really do much besides the work itself. The air smells like the plant and the ground is usually covered in a fine layer of gray dust, but you get used to that after a week or two. We spend our hours looking at schedules and moving things around. It's not the kind of place where you wear a suit. Most of us have boots that have seen better days and hands that are a bit rough. We share a small space and try to keep the fans running when the heat gets bad in the afternoon. There's a lot of noise from the machinery nearby, so we have to speak up a bit to be heard. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just exist here as part of the industrial landscape of the district. Some days are longer than others, especially when a shipment is late or something breaks down. We just fix it and keep going. It’s practical work for practical people. If you’re looking for us, just head toward the cement works and look for the D-33 marker. We’ll probably be there, just getting through the day's tasks. It isn't much to look at, but it is where we spend our time.
