Shri Tharini Readymix Concrete

We started Shri Tharini Readymix Concrete because there was a lot of building going on around Ponmandurai Sinthalagundu and people needed good mix. It gets busy at No. 534/1-3. Most days the trucks are moving early. We handle the concrete side of things so builders don't have to mix it on the ground with shovels. It’s hard work. The yard is usually dusty. We’ve been here a while now. My uncle says concrete is just rock and water but it's more than that when you're the one pouring it. We see a lot of houses going up around the neighborhood. Sometimes the weather makes it tough to get the timing right. We just try to get the trucks to the site when they are supposed to be there. Most of the guys working here are from around the village. We know the roads well. It's not fancy. It's just a yard with some big machines and a lot of sand. If you pass by No. 534/1-3 Ponmandurai Sinthalagundu, you'll see the mixers. We don't have a big office or anything. Just a small room for the paperwork and some chairs for when drivers are waiting. It’s a lot of noise but that’s how it goes in this business.
