Royal Plastic

We are Royal Plastic and you can find us at 5/84, right near the bus stop in Kanakkanpatti. Being so close to the bus stop means we see a lot of people passing through all day long. It’s a good spot, even if it gets a bit noisy with the buses pulling in and out. We sell various plastic goods that people need for their homes or farms. It is not a huge showroom, just a decent-sized shop where we fit as much as we can on the shelves. Sometimes things get a bit cramped, but we know where everything is kept. I usually open up around nine in the morning and stay until late evening. My brother helps out when things get busy in the afternoons. We don't spend money on big posters or radio ads. Most people just see us when they are waiting for their bus and stop in to buy something they forgot. The building is an old one but it stays cool enough in the summer. We have a lot of regular customers from the nearby villages who come to Kanakkanpatti for their weekly shopping. We just try to keep the items people actually use in stock. It is hard work, especially when we have to unload the trucks by ourselves, but it keeps us busy. We like being part of the local community here near the station. It isn't a fancy life, but it works for us and keeps us going.
