Matha Cnc Technologys

Our workshop, Matha Cnc Technologys, is located on Santhai Road in Mettupatti, Dindigul. If you know the area, it’s a pretty straightforward spot to find. We have our CNC machines set up inside, and they pretty much run from morning until evening. Dindigul can get quite hot, so we usually have the big fans going all the time to keep the air moving. Working with CNC tech means a lot of watching the screens and making sure the cuts are exactly where they need to be. It’s a lot of sitting and standing, mostly standing. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team and we know each other well. Sometimes the road outside gets busy with people heading to the market, which can be distracting, but we just keep our heads down. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby. You just walk in and you’re right there where the work happens. The smell of cutting oil and coolants is pretty much stuck in our clothes by now. We take our breaks when we can, usually grabbing something quick nearby. It is just a practical place for people who like making things with precision. We don’t do much talking about goals or visions, we just look at the drawings and get the machines started for the day. There is always plenty of metal to cut and parts to finish before we head home.
