Essar Steel Limited up here in Kodaikanal. It’s a quiet place compared to the cities. We sit out here in the hills of Tamilnadu. Most days the weather is cool, sometimes misty. It isn't a huge flashy office, just a practical spot where we handle our work. People know the address because Kodaikanal is small. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual steel paperwork and getting things sorted for clients. It gets busy, but the air is fresh. Sometimes it’s hard to get things delivered up the hill, but we manage. We’ve been here for a bit now. It’s just how we do things. Usually, someone is at the desk by nine. We don't have those fancy coffee machines or anything, just a kettle and some local tea. You might see a few of us walking down the road during lunch. It’s pretty basic. We focus on the daily tasks. If you come by, you’ll see it’s a standard setup. Not much to look at from the outside but it works for us. The local vibe is slow but we keep our pace. Being in Tamilnadu, we get all sorts of people stopping in. We just keep our heads down and do the job. It’s a decent place to be based, honestly. Just a regular business life in a nice part of India. We don't need much more than our desks and a good connection to get through the day.
