They’re a bit noisy, but you get used to it. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big goals posted on the walls. We just come in, do what needs doing, and go home. It is just a simple, local operation here in Dhule. We try to stay organized, but with so much going on, there is always a bit of a mess somewhere. That is just how it goes for us.
