We are a group of women from Chhadasingh who started this company to work together. Our base is at Plot Number 1486, Khata Number 61, over in Ward Number 10. Sanjay Kumary Mohan helps us out with the location. Being in Dhenkanal, we are used to the rhythm of the seasons. We spend most of our time in the fields, planting and harvesting whatever is in season. It’s hard work, and our hands are always dirty, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be a big corporate entity. We just want to make sure we can sell our produce fairly and support our families. Every morning, we head out early to beat the heat. There’s a lot of coordination needed, so we meet up at our spot in Chhadasingh to plan things out. We don't have fancy equipment, just the tools we've used for years. It’s a very local operation. We know everyone in the village and they know us. Sometimes we run into problems with the weather or the crops, but we figure it out together. It’s better than working alone. We don't use any complicated language or business talk. We are just farmers who happen to have a company name now. We keep things honest and work hard every day to keep the farm going. It’s a simple life, but it belongs to us. We stay busy from morning till night.
