We are located in a place called Kyalakond, which is part of the Shiggaon taluk in Haveri district. Our office is at number 48 on Hiremath Oni. It is a very different setting than what you find in places like Bangalore. Around here, things move at their own pace. The building is simple and sits right on the lane where everyone knows each other. We don't have fancy glass walls or air conditioning that stays on all day. We just have our computers and the desks we bought when we first started. Being in a smaller town means we don't have to deal with the crazy traffic of a city, but it also means we have to be more self-reliant. If something breaks, we usually have to figure out how to fix it ourselves. We are just a group of local people who wanted to work in technology without moving too far from home. We spend our hours going through code and handling the daily technical requirements that come our way. Sometimes we have tea with the people from the neighboring houses. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't try to pretend to be anything we aren't. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work on whatever is on the schedule for that day. It is quiet, honest work and we are happy to be doing it here.
